Welcome to AVN Enterprises, LLC (DBA BizConnexx). By signing up for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and visitors engaging with BizConnexx and our website services, especially in the beauty, medspa, and wellness industries — while also extending to other service-based businesses as we continue to grow and serve broader niches.

1. Services Provided

BizConnexx provides smart, conversion-optimized websites that integrate CRM, review automation, AI chatbots, voice assistants, missed call text-back, and SMS follow-ups. Our websites are designed to help service businesses automate their marketing and client communication.

2. Subscription & Billing

Our services are subscription-based with monthly recurring charges depending on the package selected:

Smart Starter Plan: $98/month – $980/annually
Smart Pro Plan: $298/month – $2,980/annually
Smart Scale Plan: $498/month – $4,980/annually
Smart Super Plan : $698/month – $6,980/annually

Payment is due monthly in advance. Clients may cancel anytime with no long-term contract; however, access to services and tools will be revoked upon cancellation.

3. Free Website Policy

All packages include a fully customized website at no additional setup cost. This free website is provided as part of your active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, website hosting and services will be discontinued unless alternative hosting is arranged.

4. Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information, service descriptions, images, and any relevant content necessary for launching and maintaining the website.

BizConnexx reserves the right to refuse content that is illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or violates our ethical standards.

5. Results Disclaimer

While BizConnexx implements proven strategies and smart automation, we cannot guarantee specific business results such as sales, rankings, or customer engagement levels. Results may vary depending on factors such as industry, effort, market conditions, and client responsiveness.

6. Support & Communication

BizConnexx provides support through email, SMS, and client portal messaging. We aim to respond to support requests within 1–2 business days. Some automation and CRM tools are supported by AI functionality and will be labeled accordingly.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for past billing periods. Clients can cancel their subscription at any time to stop future billing. Access to all digital tools and hosting will end at the conclusion of the billing cycle.

8. Use of AI and Automations

Our platform utilizes AI for voice chat, website chat, auto-responses, and appointment booking. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the use of automation in communicating with your leads and customers.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, website templates, marketing funnels, and automation systems created by BizConnexx remain the intellectual property of BizConnexx. Clients are granted a license to use these tools during their subscription. Custom graphics, copy, and content provided by the client remain their own.

10. Updates and Modifications

BizConnexx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or client portal. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
